I. Event Review

The 10th Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum concluded successfully online on 4 December 2020 in the form of webinar. More than 500 legal professionals from the Mainland, Taiwan, Macao and Hong Kong discussed how to strengthen the cooperation among the four regions and the development of the legal sector in the Greater China region.

The Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum is an annual flagship event. In light of the growing importance of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Mr. Tommy Yuen, Commissioner for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of the HKSAR Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, was invited to speak at the thematic presentation. Three heavyweights from different industries were also invited to share their professional insights.

The three sessions under the Forum gathered legal elites of the four views on law firm management, wealth succession and dispute resolution.

In addition to holding the Forum by webinar, the Law Society has designed commemorative stamps for all participants as an offline element to celebrate the event's 10th anniversary.

Legal heavyweights from the four regions in Greater China shared insights on young lawyers’ future development.
